Shipping logistics providers:DHL,UPS,FedEX and EMS, YunExpress, Yanwen.

We try our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc...). 

You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as the destination and any unforeseen delays.

Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these (country, street number, unit…), and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, we'll send you an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm all the important details. Once your furry friend embarks on their journey to your doorstep, we'll shoot you a Shipment Confirmation email with all the essential information:

* Order number
* Carrier's details
* Order date and time
* Order status
* Tracking numbers for shipped items

Track Your Parcel with Ease

After 24 hours, you can follow your progress on the carrier's official website. Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services will take over the delivery process. You can continue tracking your parcel on their website using the same tracking number.

If tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered, don't hesitate to contact your local post office first. They'll have the most up-to-date information about your order.

* We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged during transit.

If the unexpected occurs

* If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately email support@cielbed.com within 3 business days of receipt.
* Please include a picture of the damaged item(s) if possible.
* If possible, please also record any issues concerning delivery (e.g., damaged/soaked package, torn/bent products) with the carrier upon receipt of the order.

 

*If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@cielbed.com as soon as you can.

* In the event of force majeure, the processing of orders may be delayed. However, we will ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible when conditions permit.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

* Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at your expense.

Return Shipping Costs
